BREAKFAST POWER SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

  • 100g ice
  • 50g oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 large banana
  • 150g blueberries
  • 200ml milk (use soy, oat or a light nut milk to make it vegan)
  • 1 tbsp Whole Earth Peanut Butter of your choice
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional)

HOW TO MAKE IT

Place all of the ingredients in a blender, blitz until smooth and pour into glasses. If the berries are ripe it should be sweet enough, but if you prefer things a little sweeter, add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
